As an experienced and professionally trained coach, I work alongside my clients to guide them to achieve long-term, highly successful growth. Understanding the underlying feelings and emotions of the leaders are key components for sustained success to occur in the business culture. Having guided organizational executive leaders along the path to greater business effectiveness while enhancing their personal sense of fulfillment and overall success, are accomplishments that I bring to the table as a coach. I work with businesses and organizations across a variety of industries including professional services. I understand the challenges of embracing change having been part of accelerated growth with start-up companies.
My focus is on executive, team and systems coaching. My “sweet spot” is working with companies who want to get better at communicating from the top down. I really enjoy helping managers become better managers of people, transitioning managers who now manager former peers and in the merger/acquisition space, helping companies create an entire new culture.
Having developed an outstanding reputation as a top-ranked sales executive for national property valuation companies including Clear Capital, Fidelity National Financial and Appraisal Enhancement Services, I also enjoy coaching sales people. I have held senior level positions with companies overseeing administration, human resources and staffing. Mentoring at risk high school girls through Women of Tomorrow has been very rewarding; watching these young women aspire to attend college after high school. I strongly believe in people and understand the uniqueness of each person I cross paths with. I am a Certified Professional CoActive Coach through The Coach Training Institute (CTI), am credentialed through The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching through CRR Global as well as a graduate of Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA.
